1. Acceptance

By using QaviMail you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

QaviMail provides disposable and permanent email inboxes for privacy-respecting sign-ups and one-off verification. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use QaviMail to:

• Send or receive spam, phishing, malware, or CSAM.
• Circumvent security controls, scrape at abusive rates, or resell mailbox access.
• Impersonate others or violate applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

4. Accounts and recovery keys

You are responsible for safeguarding your recovery key. Lost recovery keys cannot be restored — this is a security guarantee, not a bug.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed by Paddle. Trials auto-renew unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled per Paddle's policy and our published refund window.

6. Content

You retain all rights to messages delivered to your mailboxes. We do not read, sell, or share message contents.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QaviMail is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost messages, missed verifications, or downtime.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page.
